The House Downstairs
The downstairs includes an entrance hall worthy of a house of this size, plenty of room for coats, hats, boots and shoes. The House has wifi throughout, the BT Infinity router is located in the hallway downstairs and upstairs to enable whole house coverage. An Amazon Echo is supplied for radio and music in the kitchen.
At the front of the house are the 2 main Reception Rooms that have recently been completely refurbished, both with plenty of natural light. Each room has additional heating by way of gas fires, to make them extra toasty when you need that boost to ward off the Northumberland weather. There are 2 large sofas in each front room with an additional armchair in the left-hand reception room.
To the back of the property is the kitchen area where there is a dining area for family meals and congregating, the kitchen also opens out to a handy utility room and onwards to the back door to the back garden. The kitchen was fully renovated in December 2017 where all the major appliances and cupboards were replaced.
In addition the main bathroom is situated on the ground floor, for those who prefer a bath. This bathroom has been renovated in December 2017.
